What payment methods are accepted?

Our online shop accepts Visa and Mastercard (Debit and Credit Card).

What ways can I receive my order?

When you place your order you will be able to select either pick-up at our Warwick location or delivery to your home or business.

Will I receive a confirmation and invoice for my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for next steps as well as a copy of your order which will act as an invoice for you.

If I select pick-up - how and when can I collect my order?

Once we receive and process your order, we will call you to set-up a pick-up time that works for you. We are available from 8:00am to 6:00pm for pick-ups. Our pick-up location is in Warwick.

What are your delivery terms?

We can deliver island-wide to your home or business. Our delivery time is 24 hours, however, if your order is received before 2pm, we will try to have it to you the same day.

What are the delivery costs?

For deliveries, we charge a flat fee of $10 per delivery.

We are able to deliver large orders by truck. Please call us on 292-3705 to arrange a larger custom order, for a truck delivery and to discuss any additional charges that may be involved.

Can I place custom orders for larger quantities?

We are able to cater for larger orders such as pallets of soil. We are also able to deliver these larger orders, however, this may incur a higher delivery charge depending on the order. For larger orders we suggest to call us on 292-3705 to discuss the details.

What are your return policies?

Items may be returned with a receipt (unused with all tags intact) within 14 days of delivery.

PET FOOD/BIRD SEED/PLANTS – returns or exchanges are not permitted on these items.

CLOSEOUT/FINAL SALE/SALE ITEMS – returns or exchanges are not permitted on these items.
