This beautiful selection of Asian greens and mustards was chosen for colors that truly pop. The light spice of the mustards blends well with the deep, savory flavors of the Asian greens. Excellent for babyleaf production and can be grown to full size as a braising mix.

Darby of Life Arises Farm in Vermont says: “The Kaleidoscope Mix is a go-to for me. It has even maturity, a beautiful balance of colors that are super eye catching and nice, mild flavor. I could probably eat this mix every day and still be excited about it.”
