Self-seeding annual with tiny daisy-like flowers excellent dried for tea. Closely related to Roman chamomile, which has many of the same medicinal properties. Direct seed outdoors, sprinkle seed onto soil and rake in gently, being careful not to bury seeds. Thin to 4-6″ apart. Harvest flower heads regularly for best yields. 300M seeds/oz. 24-30″ tall
